Our Nevada-based customer decided to go with a timeless design. Our Ash Gray walls, contrasted with a Polar White trim showing off their discrete garage home garage and storage. The customer has his design set up with two roll up doors and one steel man door installed. He’s goal for the larger garage door of 12’x13’ door was to be able to comfortably store their lift. Along with their 10’x10’ roll up accommodating any of his personal vehicles.
Developed to Provide Plenty of Vertical Clearance
This personal garage/storage building was designed with a 16’ eave height and 3/12 pitch. Allowing the customer to have plenty of vertical clearance. Our heavy-duty red iron tapered I-beam provide maximum support, accompanied with Rod Bracing to accommodate all loads. Designed to the specs required by building officials. Building is engineered to meet IBC-2018 building codes, withstanding up to 120 MPH winds and a 40 PSF snow loads.
