65x145x16 Steel Riding Arena Facility in Oregon
Covered riding arenas are a practical solution for equestrian centers and private properties alike, especially in climates where rain, snow, or wind can interrupt regular training. Metal buildings are a smart choice for these structures because they’re strong, long-lasting, and easy to maintain.
This 65x145x16 steel building in Oregon was designed as a riding arena that can be used year-round. The wide-open space and high ceilings provide plenty of room for a variety of riding disciplines, from groundwork and dressage to casual training and events.
Custom Riding Arena in Oregon with an Open Layout
Our customer chose this size to create a functional space with no interior columns, thanks to the clear-span design. This makes the arena more versatile and safer for riders, horses, and instructors alike. The 16-foot eave height also gives enough clearance for jumps, tall equipment, or even the use of small tractors for footing maintenance.
On the outside, this building features large red barn-style sliding doors, which complement the Ash Gray walls and Fern Green trim. The wide opening makes it easy to move horses, equipment, and supplies in and out. Inside, bright overhead lighting allows the space to be used after dark which is ideal for busy training schedules or shorter winter days.
Code-Compliant Steel Riding Arenas in Oregon
This riding arena was engineered according to OSSC 2019 (Oregon Structural Specialty Code) to meet local building requirements. It can handle up to 25 psf of snow and winds up to 110 mph. Like all of our buildings, it came stamped and sealed with engineered blueprints from a licensed Oregon engineer.
