Louisiana has become a state where more and more people, are in need of our steel buildings. Customers have a need for personal garages, workshops, etc. and are being immensely used. Due to our steel buildings being clear span, this give our customers the opportunity to design and create their workspace to meet their needs, and even be made into a fully functional space where they can maximize the benefits of our all-open interior.

Steel Maintenance Building Plans in Louisiana

This customer went with (2) large 12’x10’ garage door in both sides of the building for optimal use of their passageway in and out of their building with any type of machinery with ease. This customer also wanted to include a passageway for people inside and out of the building as well, so he did add a 4’4’’x7’2’’ walk door to accommodate that passageway.

This customer decided to go with our Titan 200 standard series Cobalt Blue for his wall paneling, along with our Titan 200 standard series Desert Sand for his trimming. Originally his building did come with a standard Galvalume roof, but they upgraded their roof to our Titan 200 standard series Cobalt Blue to match his wall panels, giving his building a refreshing look.

This building was engineered to meet Louisiana building codes according to the IBC-2018 requirements, which call for a 0 lb. psf snow load and a 150-mph wind load. All our buildings come with stamped and sealed engineered blueprints from a licensed engineer in your state.
