Our Missouri customer fully customized his Red Iron Steel building. Their building was designed to accommodate their living quarters, personal shop, and storage. The White wall panels contrasted with their black trim, truly give their building a crisp look. The customer personalized the living side with windows and a custom front statement door. Accompanied by large openings, accommodating their recreational vehicles along with their machinery. With the addition of a side framed single walk door for convenient entry on the side of the shop.
Designed and Engineered to Exact Specifications
This fully equipped residence was designed and engineered to the customer’s specifications. Taking complete advantage of their clear span structures. Designed with a 20’ eave at the sidewalls, provides the liberty for large openings and high spacious ceilings in the living area. Their 3/12 pitched roof provides their desired look, and fairs well with the galvalume roof panels to reflect sunlight keeping their shop cool and water rapidly sliding down. An upgraded gutter package was installed, allowing the openings to remain dry even in heavy rainfall. This versatile spacious building was engineered to meet Wentzville Missouri IBC-2018 building codes. Withstanding 115 MPH winds and 20 PSF snow loads.
