Our metal buildings have become increasingly popular for customers who use them as multipurpose buildings. This customer not only is using their building as storage but has successfully constructed living quarters in this building as they’ve always wanted to have.
This allowed the customer to design and organize their interior to fit any floor plan they want due to our pre-engineered building being all clear span, meaning no columns or trusses inside.
Metal Storage Building with Living Quarters
This customer added (4) 64’ ¾ x 59’ garage doors to easily have their vehicles stored inside, along with their equipment. This customer also added double doors to the side of the building as well to ensure a fully functional entrance inside the building.
They also chose a more agricultural look for their building by selecting one of our most unique colors, Titan 300 Premium series Sahara Tan wall panels. To contrast the wall paneling colors, this customer chose to go with our Titan 200 Standard series Burnished Slate trimming.
Commercial Prefab Buildings Suited for Codes and Loads
This building was engineered to meet Missouri building codes with the IBC-2015 requirements, including a 15 lbs psf snow load with 115-mph winds. Our buildings are always engineered to meet all the codes and loads required by the city or county where the building is going. All customers are asked to verify codes with their local municipality as well to make sure were all in agreeance.
