For example, take a look at this 40x64x16 steel garage and RV tractor storage building in Virginia. We partnered with our customer from design to delivery to create a steel garage that is perfectly tailored to their specific needs.
Reliable Storage for RVs, Tractors, and More
Prefab steel buildings are the most practical choice for garages and vehicle storage. Not only are they durable, reliable, and long-lasting, but they also feature a clear-span design that allows full maneuverability of vehicles and operations on the inside.
Spanning 2,560 square feet, this steel garage and RV tractor storage building in Virginia can accommodate a small fleet of vehicles as well as room to be designated for storage, maintenance, and repair. The 16-foot eave height gives the RVs and tractors plenty of vertical clearance, accommodating even the tallest RVs and tractors with ease.
In addition to being functional, our steel garages are also fully customizable–from colors and trim to accessories and more.
This 40x64x16 steel garage features two garage doors on each side of the building. With a clear-span design and opposite doors, vehicles can drive right through the building. The structure also features a single pedestrian door for quick personal access to the building’s interior. Our customer chose Saddle Tan walls, a Charcoal gray trim, and a vibrant red roof for the building’s appearance.
Steel Garages Built According to Virginia Building Codes
It is important to us that all of our prefab steel buildings are engineered according to state and local building codes. This 40x64x16 steel garage was engineered according to the International Building Code (IBC)-2018 and is rated for a 40 PSF snow load and 115 MPH winds. All of our steel buildings in Virginia come stamped and sealed with engineering blueprints signed by a licensed Virginia engineer.
