The customer for this steel garage went with a 10×12 opening centered on both gable ends of the building. This allows them the option of driving the vehicle onto the lift and after they finish working on the vehicle, they can drive it out the other end. There is also enough room inside the building to park vehicles along the side to keep them inside and out of the weather. We really love the colors that were selected on this building. The blue trim and white walls are a great combo and those red doors really make it pop. Nothing suites our American made steel buildings better then the colors of red, white and blue!
This prefab auto repair shop was engineered according to the IBC 15 building code which called for 115 mph wind speed and 5 lb snow load. With the building going to Texas, our customer selected our upgraded Galvalume roof finish. This finish has flecks of metal in it that will reflect the sun and thus keep the building a little cooler on hot sunny days
