This customer went with a large 16X10 garage door centered on the gable end for optimal use of their entrance way in and out of their workshop with any large equipment and or sizable work tools.He also placed a 3’X7’ walk door on the sidewall for easier entrance in and out.
To allow and supply natural lighting to his building this customer also added (4) 3’X10’8” Light Transmitting Panels to his sidewalls. To keep with his Arizona aesthetic this customer went with Desert Sand wall panels and matching trim.
Commercial Prefab Buildings Suited for Codes and Loads
This building was engineered to meet Arizona building codes according to the IBC-18 requirements, which call for a 0 lb psf snow load and a 105 mph wind load. We provide all of our customers with stamped and sealed engineered blueprints from a licensed engineer in their state.
