Our customer decided to go with a popular design installing (2) 12’X12’ garage doors on the sidewall for an easy capability of bringing material in and out. We removed the standard X-bracing and placed a Non-Expandable frame on the gable end and added a portal frame to the sidewall to accommodate the design the customer wanted for their storage building.
The customer went with our Charcoal Gray wall and trim to give it a clean and classic view, which looks exquisite in the snow. We offer numerous color selections for our customers to choose from that will meet their design criteria.
Commercial Prefab Buildings Suited for Codes and Loads
For the cold and extreme winters in Oregon we designed the building with a 55 psf snow load with 120 mph wind speed using the OSSC-2014 building code requirements. Customer also decided for additional benefit and protection to add insulation into their walls and roof to further conserve heat and cold during peak winter and summer months.
