This 32×44×16 shop and garage was built for a property in Georgia, offering a clean, weather-tight solution that’s designed to last for years to come.
32x44x16 Prefab Steel Building with Shop and Garage Use
The customer chose Ash Gray wall panels with Country Red trim for a classic, high-contrast finish that stands out on the property.
Inside, the clear-span design leaves the entire floor plan open, with no interior support columns to get in the way of machinery or storage. Shelving, power equipment, and a portable sawmill setup are already in place, making the most of the building’s height and square footage.
The layout includes two large roll-up doors, framed openings for walk doors and windows, and a framed utility room that’s in progress.
Steel Buildings Engineered for Georgia’s Building Codes
Like all our prefab steel building projects, this building was engineered to meet the code requirements of its location. It complies with IBC-2018, is rated for ground snow loads of 5 PSF, and is designed to withstand wind speeds up to 115 MPH. Stamped and sealed engineering plans were included in the delivery and signed by a licensed Georgia engineer.
