30x40x14 Metal Workshop/Garage in North Carolina

One of our most recent projects involved a 30x40x14 metal workshop/garage for a customer in North Carolina. The customer customized their workshop/garage by choosing Fern Green walls and matching Fern Green trim, gutters, and downspouts. The workshop was engineered with a 14” eave height and one large garage door, giving our customer plenty of room to maneuver and store equipment of all sizes. A small window was also installed near the pedestrian door, letting in natural light and scenery.
Heavy-Duty Metal Workshops in North Carolina
The main frame of this metal shop building was constructed using red iron tapered I-beams, resulting in a clear-span interior and sturdy design. The customer can organize the interior and his belongings to his preference without being obstructed by interior supports. Industrial rod bracing is also used to provide additional load support, making for a truly reliable and heavy-duty metal workshop.

All of our prefab metal buildings are engineered in compliance with local building codes. They come stamped and sealed with engineering blueprints signed by a licensed engineer in your state.
This custom metal workshop/garage was engineered according to North Carolina state and local building codes. It is in compliance with IBC-2015/NCBC-18, rated for a 10 lb PSF snow load and 140 MPH winds.
