24x40x12 Steel Shop & Residential Storage Building in North Carolina
Prefab steel buildings make the perfect workshops and storage buildings due to their versatility, durability, and functionality. Clear-span designs provide plenty of room to work on large equipment, maneuver shop supplies, organize the interior, and store valuable items. Plus, steel is one of the most reliable, durable building materials on the market. These reasons, among others, are why our customers choose Titan Steel Structures for their workshop and residential storage needs.
In this project, we helped our customer in North Carolina design a 24x40x12 steel shop and residential storage building with Charcoal Gray walls and Cocoa Brown trim with a matching 12×20 attached lean-to. The building features a large Cocoa Brown garage door, a pedestrian door, and several small windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Steel Shop & Storage Building With 12×20 Attached Lean-To
Attached lean-tos can be added to any of our prefab steel building kits. Adding a lean-to to one or more sides of your shop provides you with a spacious, fully-covered outdoor area. Here you can work or store items outdoors while staying protected from the elements.
Our customer added a 12×20 attached lean-to to their 24x40x12 steel building. The lean-to is large enough to accommodate small to mid-sized equipment or multiple people working side by side. Combined with the calm color scheme, the lean-to helps give this building a charming rustic look.
